Overview

CannonDesign has an exciting temporary opportunity for an Intern to join the Workplace Strategy practice in our Chicago office. We are an integrated global design firm that unites a dynamic team of architects, engineers, strategists, futurists, researchers, and industry specialists driven by a singular goal - to help solve our clients' and society's greatest challenges.

 

The Workplace Strategy Intern will work with our team to draw insights from clients and cultural trends to develop and establish unique and compelling workplace strategy solutions. Primary responsibilities may include:

 

  • Collect and analyze user data.
  • Summarize findings from data, including visual reports and presentations.
  • Perform research and writing activities.
  • Develop and communicate creative ideas in response to research insights.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Support business development activities.
  • Participate in interviews, presentations, and work sessions. 
     

Qualified candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business or design related field. The ability to use data to impact and influence business outcomes is preferred. In addition to outstanding analytical skills, the preferred candidate will have the ability to communicate at a high level and to succinctly articulate complex ideas.
