CannonDesign has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Practice Manager based in our St. Louis office. We are an integrated global design firm that unites a dynamic team of architects, engineers, strategists, futurists, researchers, and industry specialists driven by a singular goal - to help solve our clients' and society's greatest challenges.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging the time, talent, and skills of our senior healthcare staff across the country to support and develop winning strategies for practice growth. Primary responsibilities include:
 
  • Work closely with Health Practice Leaders to develop a health practice business plan.
  • Support health business development strategies through research, market trend and competitor analysis, assessment and application of predictive analytics.
  • Assist in identifying priorities, strategies and associated target clients locally, regionally, and globally.
  • Collaborate with Health Practice Leaders to develop and provide standardized reports.
  • Manage the data collection and analysis for market trends.
  • Coordinate with Health Practice Leaders to plan the objectives, implementation, logistics and follow up for strategic global meetings.
  • Serve as a resource to healthcare leadership for special projects or assignments as necessary and applicable. 
 
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 8 years of related industry experience required. Experience in a business development focused role in the AEC and Healthcare industry required. Ability to self-motivate as well as work with others is a must. Must possess strong organizational and project management skills. Must be collaborative, self-driven and entrepreneurial with the ability to maintain and prioritize deadlines.
