Blue Cottage of CannonDesigin has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to be based in our Columbus office.
Blue Cottage works with organizational leaders to define their ideal future and plan processes, organizational strategies, and facilities to create that ideal future especially for projects anchored by any of the following services: strategic transformation, design thinking, signature clinical planning, space & functional programming, operational planning, lean workflow, change management, and transition, move, and activation planning.
Marketing staff are integral and respected members of our team. The successful candidate will partner with other marketing coordinators, senior marketing leadership and firm leadership to establish strategy and help run new business pursuits. Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop stunning marketing, proposal, and presentation materials and visuals.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for client and partner relationships.
- Work with the team to execute business opportunities from the potential client stage to award of the project.
- Manage CRM platform - Salesforce.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a related field. A minimum of three years of related industry experience required. Related experience working for a professional services firm preferred. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and self motivated. Must have the ability to produce award-winning graphics and content presentation. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent written communication skills, including a strong command of grammar and editing. Strong time and project management skills are essential. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and web/social media based tools desirable. Familiarity with Deltek CRM Vision and Salesforce is a plus.
